Changes and cancellations are accepted with 24 hours of notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment not to exceed $100. Non-cancellations or "No-Shows" will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. For injectables and microneedling, cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 24-hours of appointment are subject to a fee of $50. Out of respect for our clientele, treatments for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at clinician's discretion. Return and Refund Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your purchases at Eternity Wellness. If you are not satisfied with your product please return it within 10 days for exchange or credit. No refunds on service, gift certificates, or series purchases.
